Cancellation Policy
24 hours’ notice is required to allow other patients access to care. Late cancellations, no-shows, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be rescheduled and are subject to the full fee.

We do not direct bill extended health plans. An itemized receipt is provided after each visit for reimbursement through your extended health benefits or HSA where applicable. Coverage varies by plan and is not guaranteed.
