Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment, so that we can offer this appointment to another patient in need. Please note that late cancellations and missed visits are subject to a 50% fee.

Direct Billing & Receipts
We do not direct bill extended health plans. An itemized receipt is provided after each visit for reimbursement through your extended health benefits or HSA where applicable. Coverage varies by plan and is not guaranteed.
