Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive person to join our team at Mend Health Co. in Whistler.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for patients.

This is a customer service role first and foremost. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with technology are essential.

Mend Health Co. is an integrative sports acupuncture clinic located in Function Junction, focused on pain, movement, recovery, and performance. We work with active individuals and everyday people alike using a blend of modern and traditional approaches to care.

    • Greeting and checking in patients

    • Creating a welcoming and organized clinic environment

    • Managing phone, email, and text communication

    • Scheduling patients using Jane App

    • Following clinic systems and protocols

    • Supporting patient flow throughout the day

    • Assisting with ICBC claims and basic administrative tasks

    • Light cleaning and laundry between patients

    • Helping maintain stocked and organized clinical spaces

    • Excellent people and communication skills

    • Strong organization and attention to detail

    • Comfortable using computers and online systems

    • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

    • Reliable, proactive, and professional

    • Experience with Jane App is an asset

    • Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or customer service is preferred

  • Hours

    Approximately 15–25 hours/week.

    Required shifts include:

    • Monday & Wednesday: mornings

    • Tuesday & Thursday: afternoons/evenings

    Pay

    $23–25/hour depending on experience
