How to Submit Your Insurance Claim for Reimbursement

As my practice continues to grow and I’m able to care for more of you, I’ve officially hit my admin quota—and something’s gotta give. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step back from direct billing so I can stay focused on what I love most: improving your outcomes in the treatment room and keeping your care accessible (instead of battling paperwork or managing staff behind the scenes).

But don’t worry—submitting your claim is super quick and easy, and I’ve put together this guide to help make it even smoother for you.

Please note: This list includes the insurance providers I see most often in the clinic, but there are many others out there. If your insurance company isn’t listed here, or if you have questions about your specific coverage, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly for guidance on how to submit your claim.

💡 Tips for an easy claims process:

  • Set up direct deposit with your insurance provider for faster reimbursement

  • Submit claims promptly to avoid delays

  • Keep a copy of all receipts for your records

  • Check your benefits plan to confirm what’s covered

I know this might be a bit of a shift, and I really appreciate your understanding. If this change creates a financial barrier for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can talk through options. For claim or coverage questions, your insurance provider will be the best resource!

Thanks again for being such an awesome part of the Mend Health Co community—I appreciate you!
