Helping Whistler-ites Return To Play Since 2015

More Than a Quick Fix

You know that feeling — you leave a treatment floating, pain-free, full of hope… then a day or two later, it’s back. And the worst part is, you’re left wondering what happened — and what to do next.

I want to change that narrative.

After more than a decade of treating pain and movement issues, I’ve seen what offers temporary relief — and what actually leads to long-term change.

Pain doesn’t show up out of nowhere. It builds over time — from old injuries, stress, compensation, and habits. One session might take the edge off, but real progress takes a plan.

That’s what I offer: care that’s rooted in experience, guided by assessment, and designed to create lasting change.

The Mend Method

Every session is a tailored blend of electroacupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, and corrective exercises to restore function and improve performance. But the real focus is on the patterns beneath your symptoms.

How your body moves, breathes, and holds tension affects everything — from pain and injuries to stress and digestion. That’s why I look at the whole system, not just the sore spot.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Assess

We begin by assessing your posture, strength, and movement patterns to uncover the root of your pain or dysfunction.

  • Reset

Treatment starts by calming what’s overworking and activating what’s not — creating a stronger foundation for healing.

  • Restore

Now we can begin to release deeper patterns and restore natural ease and efficiency in the way your body moves.

Meet Britt

My mission is simple: to keep you moving well because I believe I can have the biggest impact on your health by helping you stay active.

I began my career in 2014 as a Registered Massage Therapist. By 2017, after seeing the incredible results a few little pins could provide, I returned to school to earn a second degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

Today, with a decade of experience and a results-driven mindset, I blend traditional and modern styles of acupuncture with manual therapies for pain relief and improved performance in sport and in life.

When working with me, expect an interactive, hands-on approach that encourages you to take an active role in your care, balanced with time for quiet restoration to help you recharge and heal.

Advanced Training & Experience

Since 2014, I’ve continued to expand my education, blending my background in registered massage therapy, traditional acupuncture, and modern sports medicine into a comprehensive approach to care.

My advanced training includes:

  • Electroacupuncture & EXSTORE System — a targeted assessment and treatment system to restore muscle activation and function.

  • Dry Needling & Motor Point Therapy — precise techniques to release tension and reawaken proper muscle control.

  • Fascial Integration & Craniosacral — approaches that address connective tissue restrictions and restore balance through the whole body.

  • Balance Method Acupuncture — channel-based strategies for complex or systemic patterns of imbalance.

Here To Help You Keep Up With Yourself
